Chris began
diving in 1992 at age 14, as a kid he spent summers exploring the
shipwrecks off the coast of New Jersey. At 18 he started his
professional career as a Divemaster, working locally with classes and
boats. Now as a PADI Course Director and Technical Instructor, Chris
spends his time teaching everything from Open Water to Technical through
Instructor Development Courses. He has certified over 425 recreational
and professional students and has over 1300 dives worldwide. He is the
Blue Horizons store manager and education specialist. With
certifications in Closed Circuit Rebreathers and Open Circuit Trimix
diving, if you have a question about classes or gear, Chris is the one
to talk to.
When not teaching, you will find Chris traveling to the far ends of the
globe in search of that next diving adventure. When not out of the
country, Chris enjoys exploring the local diving from Massachusetts to
North Carolina, North Carolina having a special place in his heart.
Wreck diving, artifact hunting, and lobstering are his favorites. More
recently Chris has accomplished some deep technical dives to add to his
resume. E-mail or call to chat with Chris anytime.’
